Local orchestral group West Winds presents the second instalment of their tribute to Japanese master animator and director Hayao Miyazaki. Expect to hear lush tunes from films like Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke and My Neighbour Totoro.

Takizawa Kabuki

A performance that will be showcased outside Japan for the first time, this traditional kabuki show is a Japanese dance-drama that features dancing, singing, drumming and theatrics. The troupe is led by Takizawa Hideaki and includes other actors like Kitayama Hiromitsu and Kawai Fumito. 

RememberingLKY: A Tribute to Mr. Lee Kuan Yew

The exhibition is a collaborative effort amongst 10 artists, including Audrey Yang and Pamela Ng, to feature paintings that commemorate the legacy of Singapore’s late Minister Mentor. Expect to see some representational works as well politically-driven ones.

STPI Open House

This open house and workshop conducted by the Singapore Tyler Print Institute provides participants a rare opportunity to try their hands at different print and papermaking techniques under the tutelage of expert printers. Participants will get to take home their very own handmade prints too. 

The Daily Life Of Ms. D

Choreographed by Chie Ito and performed by Ito and Miwa Sasaki, this is a modern dance piece that chronicles how a woman shuts herself off from tragic world events in her own home. The piece is both funny and introspective.
