Route 11: The Flight from Canvas
This is British artist Piers Bourke’s first exhibition here, who is most well known for his various design works includng furniture, memorabilia and 3D artworks. On show are popular favourites such as his stamps series “Lick My Rear”.
Winterreise
Baritone Matthias Goerne, pianist Markus Hinterhäuser and South African artist William Kentridge come together to perform Franz Schubert’s Winterreise, which centers on an emblematic wanderer who travels through a frozen landscape.
STPI Open House

Daikoushin (A Grand March)
Japanese choreographer and dancer Zan Yamashita contextualises his body as a site for various absurdist situations, including earthquakes and other natural disasters, to comment about the state of things today. The result is an entertaining and frenetic performance.
Cabinet Of Curiosities
Avant-garde pianist Margaret Leng Tan performs rare classical works like David M. Gordon’s Diclavis Enorma as well as select pop tunes by the Beatles using different types of pianos – from the baby grand to toys.
Cabanons
This experimental installation by French conceptual artist invites audiences into a series of small tents to witness aerialists, tightrope walkers and acrobats overcome the vulnerable situations that they are in. The tents, or “cabanons” are designed and erected by spectacular French installation artist Daniel Buren, Presented at the Singapore International Festival of Arts 2015.
