Book Club: The Left Hand of Darkness
This bimonthly feminist book club led by the Singapore Committee for UN Women is discussing The Left Hand of Darkness by the prolific Ursula LeGuin, a science fiction novel about a diplomat who is sent to a planet where the people can choose and change their gender. National Theatre Live

Music in the City

Singapore-based artist Ching Kai’s third solo exhibition features 12 new monochrome works of acrylic on canvas. In these new works, he experiments with various textures, allowing the audience to interpret the colors themselves.

At this event, teams will battle it out on dragon boats in an Olympic-sized swimming pool. There is a host of other pool activities in store, such as kayaking, water-wheeling and stand-up paddling.
