Barkeep Sam Wong heads this cocktail-making workshop take takes participants step-by-step through the making of three drinks: the martini, the mojito and the Tai-Q (Ah Sam’s signature Milo-flavored rum cocktail). Plus, he’ll share some mixology history and other interesting tidbits.

In this production by W!LD RICE, the protagonist finds out that his town’s water supply is contaminated with bacteria, and his choice to report it to the public turns everyone against him. This satirical production that explores politics and freedom of expression.
