Mark your calendars – renowned chefs of celebrated restaurants Osteria Mozza and Burnt Ends have come together for a food and cocktail-fuelled four-hands collaboration.
On Sep 9, Saturday, from 1pm to 10pm, the restaurant at Hilton Singapore Orchard presents a one-day-only Four-Hands Cookout with chef-owner Nancy Silverton of Mozza Restaurant Group and the one-Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles, and chef-owner Dave Pynt of one-Michelin-starred Burnt Ends and Meatsmith restaurants.
The day-to-night bash will boast gourmet specials, a pop-up bar serving handcrafted cocktails, live DJ beats, and more. Tickets for the event are priced at $99++ per person.
Look forward to a selection of irresistible beef burgers from Silverton’s acclaimed restaurant, Chi Spacca, as well as offerings from Pynt’s Burnt Ends like the Burnt Ends Beef Katsu Sando and Loaded Sanger Fries. A selection of wood-fired pizzettes from Osteria Mozza will also be available, with flavors like Fennel Sausage, Salami, Margherita, and Funghi Misti.
Osteria Mozza’s bar team will also be on hand to ensure your glasses are always filled. The cocktail menu will feature concoctions made with spirits from House of Cane Rum and Bulldog Gin, in addition to classics like Aperol Spritz, Classic Negroni, and the refreshing Yu-Cu Frizzante. Peroni beers, Lallier Champagne, as well as red and white wine will also be available.
