Ditch the ordinary lunch routine and experience Ammakase‘s Executive Odyssey, a six-course menu that includes Starter, Soup, Main Course, Dessert and Surprises, or the Indulgence Odyssey, an eight -course menu with Entree and a Signature Dish.

The dishes at the neo-Indian fine-dining restaurant change seasonally but executive chef Abhijit Saha is able to showcase the diversity of flavours from the sub-continent with influences from Japan, France, Italy and other Asian cuisines. For mains, diners can choose chicken, fish or lamb (no beef and pork are served). There are vegetarian options as well. and Indulgence Odyssey (eight-course menu). 

The Executive Odyssey lunch menu is priced from $79++ while the Indulgence Odyssey is priced from $139++, available on weekdays from 12pm to 3pm.

Brasserie Astoria Singapore

The historic Victoria Concert Hall is home to Brasserie Astoria by the Frantzen Group. Led by Swedish chef Björn Frantzen, expect international twists on the traditional brasserie experience with Nordic and French touches.

Executive chef and Zen alum Emil Cecil Ess offers a Plat Du Jour Prefixed Lunch Menu that changes weekly. The meal begins with starters like Prawn Bisque or Prosciutto di San Daniele, followed by a choice of mains such as Pistachio Stuffed Chicken Breast, Coq Au Vin in red wine-braised onion, or Chicken Schnitzel with beurre noisette. 

The two-course and three-course Plat Du Jour lunch menus are priced at $65++ and $75 ++ per person respectively, available on weekdays (excluding public holidays), from 12pm to 2.30pm.

HighHouse

HighHouse is one of the tallest day-to-night dining experiences in Singapore, spanning over 10,000 square feet across Levels 61 and 62 of One Raffles Place. 

The lunch menu is made up of mod-Pan-Asian dishes featuring starters like Grilled Indonesian Squid, Dutch Kingfish Carpaccio and Slow Cooked Australian Lamb Ribs with fried potato salad. Mains include BBQ Char Siu Pulled Chicken Tortilla, Sakura Pork Belly Massaman Thai Curry and Josper Grilled Beef Grain Bowl (additional $8). For dessert, choose between Churros served with three homemade dips, or Chitose Strawberry Mille Feuille. 

The two- and three-course lunch sets are priced from $48++ and $58++ per person respectively, available from Monday to Thursday, 11.30am to 2.30pm.

Jade Chinese restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is known for its exceptional Cantonese cuisine, helmed by executive Chinese chef Leong Chee Yeng.

For its lunch menu, enjoy dishes like Braised Pork Belly with Moutai Wine, Double-boiled Chicken Consommé with Cordyceps Flower, South African Abalone, Premium Fish Maw, Simmered Egg Noodles with Lobster and Jade’s X.O. The restaurant’s deluxe lunch sets are a chance to be transported into a multisensory gastronomic journey, starting with its signature flan topped with avruga caviar, garden salad, homemade egg tofu, and chef’s choice of a seasonal appetiser

The selection of mains includes 13 choices from favourites like Bara Chirashi, Sashimi, Wagyu Beef rice, Lobster Quino, Kurobuta Pork Cutlet Katsu, Miso Cod, Vegetable Tempura and daily Chef’s Specials. End with the Animitsu dessert – pink salt Hokkaido milk ice cream paired with seasonal fruits.
