The Affordable Art Fair returns to the masses from Nov 17-19 at the F1 Pit Building with 69 galleries representing over 500 artists from Singapore, Asia and the rest of the world.
Of course, like previous editions, the pieces—a selection of contemporary artworks across various disciplines, forms and mediums—will be priced from $100-15,000 (which is still an optimistic definition of “affordable”), with 75% of them well under $7,500. However, there won’t be the traditional Under $1,000 wall anymore. In its place, new media will reign supreme, with a showcase of various video, digital and interactive installations to keep the fair fresh and ever-evolving.
Some names you can expect include avant-garde artist from Beijing Xu Cong, returning artist Yeo Shih Yun and many others. Tickets are available from $15 via ApacTix.
