Funny guy Russell Peters is back in Singapore to wreck your funny bone

A year after his sold-out Asia tour, global comedy sensation Russell Peters is back to take the international stage. On Feb 24, he’ll headline his own class act at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, as part of the Deported World Tour 2018.

His return to live touring comes after some very productive time off filming television shows for Netflix—Almost Famous, and The Indian Detective, the latter a self-produced and self-starred comedy drama premiering exclusively on Netflix today (Dec 19). Aside from Peters’ usual call-and-response type crowd banter, the Deported World Tour will feature all-new material he has been building and refining in clubs across the States over the past year; so you can bet it’s going to be good.

His last tour took him to more than 26 countries with over 200 performances. The Deported tour, then, will take Peters well into 2019—and also feature American comedian Jake Johannsen, who’s better known as being one of David Letterman’s favorite comics.
