Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Miami’s huge-deal electro festival will be in Singapore Sep 10-11. Last month, Ultra Singapore announced that Canadian prog-house producer deadmau5 will be joining the party as part of the Ultra worldwide tour. And just this morning, the first phase line-up was also announced, with other exciting names. So if you haven’t bought your tickets yet, do it now.
Headlining the event is Norwegian tropical house extraordinaire Kygo, alongside other EDM A-list acts such as Swedish house duo Axwell and Ingrosso, British dubstep trio NERO and Dutch producer Afrojack. French DJ Snake will also be making an appearance with his trap-EDM mixes together with hip-hop group Far East Movement with their pass-the-mic routines and basshouse pioneer JAUZ. The lowkey masked producer/DJ Marshmello—recently revealed to be the legendary Tiësto will also be there to spin some trap and future bass remixes.
Taking the party outdoors in Ultra Park at Bayfront Avenue, and upping it to three stages instead of one, UItra Singapore is going to be a full weekend of sick beats, blinding strobe lights and a throng of hardcore revellers.
Tickets are selling from USD$160 ($215) for a two-daypass here. For more updates (and another announcement about the rest of the line-up), head over to the Ultra Singapore page.
