We’ve always loved Books Actually for their efforts to promote local authors, and they’ve taken it a step further by launching a series of comics and picture books at this year’s Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention (STGCC). Works by local comic writers such as Troy Chin and Kenfoo will be featured, with several new writers making their debut. Aspiring illustrators can also approach professionals for portfolio reviews, making this an event not to be missed.
