Fitness First is surely feeling generous: the mega-gym chain is offering a whole week’s worth of free, specially curated express classes to members of the public as part of its inaugural “Move It” campaign, instead of its usual one-day complimentary pass.
From June 2 to 8, you can redeem a complimentary pass to try out the club’s new Signature group classes. There are different classes specially planned for each day of the week, such as HardCore (an intense, effective core workout) on Monday and Flow Yoga on Sunday.
It’s a great way to experience the club’s new offerings—you won’t have to cram three or four workouts in a single session (and regret the aches and pains thereafter) in order to make the most out of your single-day club access.
