Combining light therapy, bespoke essential oil blends, and music therapy, each class is designed to target one of seven primary chakras. These chakras are believed to be the points in our bodies that store and channel our energy.



The room is doused in a specific colour of light as the class follows a guided series of sequences that go best with the healing properties of the colour. With the use of green chromatic light, the Green Heart class targets the Heart (Anahata) Chakra, empowering the practitioner to give and receive love to themselves and others better through intentionally paced breathing and heart opening poses.



The Violet Crown class, on the other hand, targets the Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra and takes you through poses that have you balancing upside down, promoting awareness, contentment, and creativity. Just remember to breathe and take your time getting into the right balance!



And for the experienced yogis, there is the Red Root class which targets the Root (Muladhara) Chakra. Listen to your body and feel each movement deeply as you flow through a series of grounding poses, taking minimal alignment cues and adjustments from the instructor. The Red Root class helps to establish a sense of stability and self-confidence for and by yourself, both physically and spiritually.
