Earlier this year, we spoke to Nithiya N. of pop-up food series Brunch Bandits about her new (and free) outdoor yoga series at Little India, which had its first successful run on May 8 at Hindoo Road.
With that, she organised more upcoming sessions, which will be held on Jul 17 (zumba) and Aug 14 & 28 (both yoga). Drop by for an engaging community workout as she leads residents of Little India and the precinct’s migrant workers in these free sessions, and end off with a vegetarian breakfast.
And if you do plan on taking part, it’s best to come in comfortable workout clothing. Bring your own mats as there are only have a few available on site (you really don’t want to be without one). If you’d like to contribute to this social initiative, you can also help by sponsoring vegetarian meals, water or mats.
