WATCH: Simple ab exercises to strengthen your core at home

Now that we’ll be stuck at home for yet another month, it’s definitely time to get off the couch. While home workouts aren’t ideal for many, we’ll have to make do with what we’ve got.

In this video, we attempt six simple ab exercises in the comfort of our own home, which strengthens and targets the core.

First, begin with a couple of light stretches to avoid straining your muscles. Then, plank for 30 seconds before going into an alternate crunch exercise. In between two sets of mountain climbers, try some toe tap leg lifts. Lastly, end off with plank dips for another 30 seconds.
