Head over to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and even YouTube; these fitness centres and instructors are now offering various workout programmes online, which are great alternatives in-line with the government-mandated closure of non-essential businesses.

For starters, live stream BJJ, boxing, muay thai and other martial arts classes, as Evolve MMA is showcasing sessions of their world champions guiding participants on Facebook and YouTube. Local HIIT boxing studio BoOm Singapore isn’t far behind either; they’ve got numerous IGTV videos of their instructors conducting classes which will definitely motivate homebodies like ourselves.

Even celebrity trainers such as hit reality series Love is Blind’s contestant Mark Anthony Cuevas is live streaming his workout sessions on Instagram for all to check out.
