When you’re exercising at home, you have to work with what you’ve got. After all, most of us don’t own much (if any) gym equipment. But one of the simplest, most wallet-friendly and least space-consuming one to get has got to be the resistance band. If you have one lying around the house, it’s great to add them to your workout regime to enhance simple exercises for greater results.
In this video, we try our hand at five various moves that put our resistance bands to good use. Besides completing squats and donkey kicks which the mini band is typically suited for, we also attempted some upper body exercises with it, such as lat pulldowns, chest pumps and overhand tricep extensions.
