WATCH: Sweat it out at home with this full-body strength endurance workout

As gyms and fitness studios remain closed till further notice, health trainers and instructors have taken workout classes online to assist locals as they exercise in the comfort of their own home.

So in this video, we teamed up with OMNI Strength & Performance and the Core Collective to offer a full-body, strength endurance workout which will target the entire body. To begin, grab both a face and bath towel, then find a clean spot in your home and get ready to sweat.

First, complete three sets of 30 bath towel overhead squats, push ups and face towel leg curls. Next, go into three sets of 30 reverse lunges on both legs as well as a face towel knee tuck. Finally, end the session off with two sets of burpee push ups.

If the routine seems too challenging, fret not. You can always opt to keep things easy with alternative exercises as demonstrated in the video too. So grab your newfound gym equipment and follow along the workout routine below.
