Stay in with a fine dining feast as 2-Michelin star restaurant Saint Pierre goes virtual

Fine dining in the comfort of your own home? It’s possible. Now bringing the specially-curated menu from its swanky restaurant at One Fullerton to your doorstep is two-Michelin-starred Saint Pierre with its new digital culinary experience; and trust us when we say it’s more than just a delivery service.

Dubbed Virtual Saint Pierre, the dining extravaganza begins with the contemporary French restaurant personally delivering the fine feast to your home, which comes in a luxe bento box. Upon receiving their meal, diners are invited to chat and interact with Chef-Owner Emmanuel Stroobant via a virtual room on Zoom. He’ll also take the opportunity to introduce the menu’s selection.

If you recall Saint Pierre’s former 26-course A-Z menu, Virtual Saint Pierre’s omakase menu does take inspiration from that luxurious 2017 fare. Although instead of being a course-by-course affair, the new dining experience comprises eight dishes which includes a selection of amuse bouche, starters, mains and desserts.

Rest assured that the award-winning restaurant remains committed to delivering unforgettable gourmet spreads, as they would in their own venue. Which is why in addition to working with an exclusive source that procures top quality ingredients, Saint Pierre’s stay-home menu will change accordingly to the seasonality of those ingredients. Diners may request for a menu that suits their dietary requirements too.

Currently, there are two menus available for Virtual Saint Pierre, priced at $180 or $220 per pax. With a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 30 to each event, simply arrange a date by dropping Saint Pierre an email or a call. We’ve no doubt this stay-home fine dining feast will be a game-changer.
