Explore Australia’s east coast through digital puzzle games, virtual tours and more

Mid-year fast approaches and with it brings what would have been Singapore’s summer holiday season. And since it’s unlikely that the Covid-19 pandemic will be over by then, all our travel plans will still be on hold.

But more and more virtual experiences have been coming up, and now allowing you to combat cabin fever through the exploration of the land Down Under is Destination NSW.  The South Australian tourism board has developed a collection of digital jigsaw puzzles that features 18 beautiful landscapes in New South Wales.

Simply click on the picture that catches your eye and piece the scenic photograph together. See what it’s like to wander among the Living Desert Sculptures in Broken Hill, admire the serenity of Yanga National Park, or even check out a downhill ski at Charlotte Pass.

All puzzles are automatically set to 32 pieces, but if you fancy yourself a puzzle whiz, feel free to set it to a higher difficulty level.

And besides completing jigsaw puzzles, you also get to go on virtual tours around Australia’s east coast as well. Incredible video footage of Dangar Falls, Cumberland Plain Woodland and more are featured on the website too. You’ll be itching to head there when it’s safe to travel again.
