Binge on The Kettle Gourmet’s new YUMI corn stick snacks

What’s poppin’? Home-grown F&B startup The Kettle Gourmet just dropped a nostalgic range of corn stick snacks!

Made with real corn grits, the new YUMI corn stick comes available in three flavours – Original, Cheese, and BBQ Chicken. Each stick is an explosion of savoury and sweet all at once, featuring a soft, airy crunch that lets you easily binge with large mouthfuls on every single bite.

Not only is the snack suitable for vegetarians, it’s also halal-certified and uses only non-GMO corn. Furthermore, the snack is baked – not fried – thus making for a healthier alternative to your usual favourite snacks.

According to the brand, the inspiration for YUMI was drawn from founder Zac Chua’s fond memories of his favourite corn snacks from childhood. The name YUMI translates to “friend” or “beautiful” in Japanese, and is that much more fun because its pronunciation is also similar to the Mandarin characters for “corn”!
