Showcasing the rich profile of authentic barbecue from the American South, Meatsmith employs only the real deal: using wood and fire to grill, smoke, char, roast, and burn their meats, giving diners that familiar intense taste.

Paying tribute to their local environment, Meatsmith Little India incorporates the vibrance of Indian spice into the brand’s signature grunge smokehouse offerings to present a standout menu filled with strong accents of Indian flavours, wonderfully complemented by the space’s colourful façade and street artwork.

 

 

Stepping up to offer a quaint escape for city-dwellers amid the endless buzz of Little India, Meatsmith Little India proudly launches their first-ever cocktail pairing menu.

Featuring a 4-course experience that highlights dishes from their recently revamped menu helmed by Head Chef Edwin Tan, the cocktail pairing menu’s showcase of ingredients sourced from the local Tekka market and around the world is enhanced by exquisite craft cocktails specially created by Bar Manager Jimmy Lian to bring diners on a gastronomic journey.

 

 

Combining slow-cooking methods, traditional barbecue techniques, and novel interpretations of Indian spices, rubs, and sauces, the menu includes highlights like Masala Paneer with garden salad, Spiced Pork Skewers with sweet chilli coulis and chives, Palak Barramudi with spicy chickpea relish and coriander presto, and Smoked Beef Brisket with Meatsmith slaw and BBQ sauce.

Then round off the meal with a refreshing Almond Crusted Rice Pudding dessert, filled with generous additions of burnt coconut and coconut jelly.
