Whisky Live is back for its 10th edition this November

If you’ve enjoyed last year’s Whisky Live, you’ll be glad to know that the annual festival is set to return to the same venue and retain a similar format for its biggie 10th anniversary edition.

Taking place Nov 9-10 at Andaz Singapore at the beautiful Alley on 3 meeting space, Whisky Live 2019 promises to be a massive one, where connoisseurs and casual imbibers alike will be spoilt for choice with what’s on offer.

Over 600 labels of spirits spread across more than 70 brands will be present. Over at the main Tasting Hall and Spirits Room, expect favourites like Kavalan, Blanton’s and Nikka to make their reappearance, while rum and gin brands will also be making a strong showing. Seeing how popular the Gin Garden was last year, we expect the crowds to form there once again.

The Collector’s Room is back too, where rare, sometimes untraceable bottlings from organisers La Maison du Whisky’s private collection will be on showcase. Or if you’re feeling like learning a thing or two from the experts, feel free to pick out a masterclass to attend ($25 per person), or just head out to the Cocktail Terrace where guest bartenders will be mixing things up.

On food duty are six of Andaz’s dining brands, including Auntie’s Wok and Steam (dishing out zi char and dim sum) and 665°F (offering hearty steaks that pair perfectly with the whiskies).

Once done, remember to head to the La Boutique pop-up bottle shop, where you can buy home choice bottlings of the whiskies and other spirits you’ve tasted.

Whisky Live 2019 happens Nov 9-10, 1-9pm at Andaz Singapore. Tickets from $55.
