After last year’s sojourn to the very cultural venue of Theatreworks, housed inside a gazetted pre-war heritage building, Whisky Live Singapore 2018 by La Maison du Whisky is going luxe again this year and heading to the new-ish Andaz Singapore hotel for its ninth edition.
The festival, happening within the residential-style meeting venue Alley on 3 from Nov 3-4, is set to be an amazing event where whisky connoisseurs can imbibe fine spirits as they move from a sun-drenched glasshouse to an outdoor garden area where mixologists will be shaking things up.
On showcase this year are over 300 different whiskies and spirits spread across 64 brands, including the likes of Bruichladdich, Kavalan, Old Pulteney, and for the first time, Blanton’s Bourbon, among many others.
Check them out across five different experience areas: The Whisky Room & Spirits Room (for tastings), La Boutique (to make your purchases), The VIP Area (to check out limited-edition bottlings), The Masterclass Rooms (to gain insight from experts), and The Cocktail Terrace (for crafted libations).
