ZoukOut returns to old format of a one-day festival this December

It’s been five years since ZoukOut expanded to a two-day event of debauchery and music madness. But this year, they’re going back to their previous format of providing just a full, but still massive day of the best in electronic music come Dec 1.

Known to push boundaries and bringing a stellar lineup of the hottest acts in music, Zouk is looking to shake up its program to go beyond just Siloso Beach. But fret not, you can possibly still expect the same level of grandeur and pomp and circumstance that it has established over the past few years, with exciting fringe activities like bungee jumping and dual swings on the horizon and maybe even a fresh concept for the main stage.

While details and the full lineup are still in the works, Zouk, which emerged at a glorious number #3 on DJ Mag‘s Top 100 Clubs list this year, has announced that Belgian DJ and record producing duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike will be headlining this year’s dusk-to-dawn music festival. These guys have been around since 2007, producing memorable tracks like their rework of Ame’s tech house track “REJ”, a couple of anthems for Belgium’s colossal EDM festival Tomorrowland, and more, and landed themselves in the top three on DJ Mag‘s Top 100 DJs list last year, losing out only to Martin Garrix. Their performance at ZoukOut will be their first in Singapore, making it the only Southeast Asian stop on their tour.

Tickets are already on sale, and if you missed today’s (Jul 6) $98 Super Early Bird Passes, which is held in partnership with DBS Bank, fret not. You can still get the Phase 2 Early Bird tickets at $128 if you’re a DBS/POSB cardholder or a Zouk Singapore member (limited to first 300). Get them here.
