You’ve heard of the World’s 50 Best Bars list and shed a proud tear when you saw 28 HongKong Street, Manhattan and Tippling Club featured in years past. Well, brace yourself for more glory because the inaugural Asia’s 50 Best Bars list will be unveiled on Mar 31.
Of course, we weren’t going to wait until then to find out who’s on it: we’ve been snooping around on Facebook where the World’s 50 Best Bars editor, Hamish Smith, has been busy notifying winners.

As you might expect, many of the usual suspects have made the cut: Fairmont Singapore’s Anti:dote, Bukit Pasoh establishment Gibson, mad mixology headquarters Operation Dagger, Daiki Kanetaka’s classy D.Bespoke, punch bowl paradise Jigger and Pony, Golden Age grotto Manhattan, rum joint Sugarhall and old stalwart Tippling Club.
Although not mentioned (primarily because of their lack of a Facebook page), we’re willing to wager that 28 HongKong Street will be in the mix for the top spots.
