5 festivals and club nights to attend now that Future Music is canceled

We heard the collective sigh of disappointment when we found out that this coming weekend’s FMFA was cancelled. But if you’re still looking to party the weekend away, we’ve got alternatives for you.

Far Niente (Mar 11)

Circular Road transforms into a huge block party as a mid-week respite with KiloWatt Soundsystem helming the decks. There are cocktails by Gong, bites by Marco Marco and plus39 gelato bar and lots of music by DJs like The Gonzo and Deborah Rolls.

Thomas Gold (Mar 14)

He’s a DJ to reckon with, with explosive sets full of progressive and fist-thumping house music. The German DJ knows how to get the party going with hits like “Beast” and “Eyes Wide Open”.

Claptone (Mar 14)

Also happening on the same night is Claptone’s set full of bass-heavy, deep and woozy sounds inflected with funk vibes and lots of groove in songs like “United”. It seems like the Germans are dominating Zouk this Saturday.

Kyo’s V1.0 (Mar 14)

The underground club is gearing up to celebrate their second anniversary and there’s no better way to get the mood going than five local DJs like Haan, Zig Zach and EJ Missy playing techno and house beats through the night.

Vibe Beach and Music Festival (Mar 21)

For a true festival experience, it’s not too late to grab tickets to this beachside festival with huge names like Miles Slater, AN21 and John O’Callaghan. Plus, there will also a huge Zumba dance arena, beach volleyball and soccer matches.
