Hey tranceheads, Armin van Buuren is making a stop in Singapore next year

Have you heard? Your nightlife patron saint Armin van Buuren is returning to Singapore in a huge way. He’s no stranger to Singapore, having played at ZoukOut five times and a whole bunch of other sets at Zouk. This time, he’ll be bringing his Armin Only Embrace World Tour to The Meadow, Gardens By The Bay for a one-night-only performance with some friends on Apr 1.

The beloved music producer, who entertains fans week in and week out on his “A State of Trance” podcasts, will be joined by internationally renowned peeps such as Mr. Probz, Kensington, Eric Vloeimans & Cimo Frankel, Angel Taylor and others. They’ll be contributing to a mix of electronic and live sounds, as well as pop, hip hop, jazz, house and rock music him on this electrifying night.

Why is this a big deal? It’s the first time Singapore will see what Armin describes as a multi-sensory experience, which is pretty much a cinematic presentation of his more-than-a-decade-long body of work with a smorgasbord of dance and theater elements, singers, pyrotechnics and so much more; definitely something different from all the times he’s performed in Singapore. Another highlight of the tour will be his vinyl set in the second half of the show; a throwback of sorts to his early beginnings (we hope he’ll play his earlier hits like “Communication”, “Clear Blue Moon” and “Shivers”).

Early birds are now on sale on his Armin Only website, and are priced at $81.
