The decor resembles an upscale speakeasy, with marble top tables, a geometric stained glass bar facade and retro-chic glassware. Boasting a 60 cocktail menu, this bespoke cocktail and raw seafood bar is doing one-for-one on oysters from Mon, Wed and Sat, 5-8pm, which you can have with classics like their house cocktail, The Gibson ($24)—a smooth mix of Hendrick’s, Monkey 47 and Dolin vermouth that comes with a house-pickled onion, along with a quail’s egg and smoked radish. For something stronger, try the potent Crimson Bullet ($24), that sees a medley of Don Julio white tequila, Alipus mezcal, fennel-y Kummel, beetroot and lime.
