Party in a full-sized indoor ferris wheel at this new nightclub opening at MBS

We got to give it to the folks at Marina Bay Sands when it comes to reinvigorating the dining and nightlife scene here in Singapore—think vibe-dining establishment Lavo Italian Restaurant and Rooftop Bar, the upcoming Black Tap (known for their OTT milkshakes) set to open in a few months, and the now defunct (but no less groundbreaking) Pangaea ultraclub.

Come 2019, the stage is set for them to wow us again with Marquee Singapore, to be run by the guys from TAO Group, the highly experienced and successful party people who also brought Lavo to our shores. The Marquee brand is perhaps best known for attracting top international DJs and world-class entertainers to perform at their venues.

The upcoming three-storey Singapore nightclub will be located within a new (and yet unveiled) multi-concept dining and entertainment space in MBS, also run by TAO. It takes over the space formerly occupied by one of the two theatres there and features a 21-metre high indoor ferris wheel with eight pods that, quite literally, elevates the party experience. And yes, you can enter them and go for a ride.

This opening will mark Marquee’s debut in Asia and the fourth in the world, after the Marquee Nightclub in New York, the Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, and the Marquee Nightclub at The Star – Sydney.
