Paulaner Bräuhaus will be celebrating the traditional Bavarian spring festival Maifest for the 12th time, from May 7 onwards.
If you’re up for some traditional merry-making, this would be a good time to sample Maibock, a typical Bavarian beer usually available in spring that’s relatively high in alcohol content and has a full-bodied flavor.
Accompanying this special brew is a menu featuring fresh white asparagus (one of the only seasonal vegetables available today). Be sure to try the different versions of this fond delicacy, including The Northern One and The Fisherman, and tweet us at @IS_Magazine to tell us what you think.
