Singapore’s first ever pop-up nightclub now has an opening date

Less than two months ago, we told you about party people The Council‘s latest venture, Tuff Club. They’re now ready to unveil the space for your cardio needs, come Apr 5.

Born out of frustration from a growing club culture in Singapore that has deviated from what it once was all about, Tuff Club hopes to shift the focus back from indulgent bottle services to what should have mattered all along—the music. Chinese restaurant by day, the space will be transformed into a spiffy and lively space for a late night fitness workout with a myriad of some of the best local and international instructors (read: DJs) around.

It’s going to be a full-on weekend-long program, starting with deep house and techno masters Ulysses and Yadin Moha kicking things off won the opening night (Apr 5), together with Kaye who’ll be putting up a special live saxophone performance; followed by Modern Love on Apr 6, where Adrian Wee and Cats On Crack will whip you into shape with their regime of house, indie disco and electronica. And finally, on Apr 7, get ready to dig deeper as things will get a little harder with techno bangers courtesy of Tropic Lab.

Tuff Club is at located at #19-01, 138 Robinson Road, and will be open from 11pm-3am on Fridays and 11pm-4am on Saturdays for the next three months. More info here.
