Diageo has launched a “private suite” at its One George Street office to showcase the company’s range of whiskies. Part of a network of 12 Johnnie Walker Houses around the world, it’s the first in Southeast Asia and joins branches in Australia, China, New Zealand, Scotland and South Korea.
Entry to Johnnie Walker House is by invite only, and should you receive that invite, you can expect to embark on a journey through the 28 operating and 11 closed distilleries owned by Diageo. That means access to exclusive Johnnie Walker blends and old and rare single malts such as Port Ellen. Styled like a classic gentlemen’s club, Singapore’s Johnnie Walker House is decked out with wood and leather furnishings with shelves full of Diageo’s most famous whiskies. A dedicated team of whisky specialists will be on hand to serve guests.
No word yet on how to go about scoring an invite, but you can sign up as a Johnnie Walker House member here.
