Here’s one for the cocktail connoisseurs. Néktar, one of Singapore’s top watering holes, have just launched a new menu of Old World-inspired cocktails, thanks to executive bar chef Raveen Misra; further proof that cocktail culture here is going back to its roots.
Their latest offerings include cheeky classics like Hanky Panky ($20) and Between the Sheets ($28), as well as Raffles Tipple (pictured, $24) and Scott’s Revival ($20), a concoction of Tanqueray No. 10, Pernod, crème de cacao and fresh-squeezed lemon juice spiked with a healthy dose of carbon dioxide.
And in the unlikely event that you don’t find something on the list that tickles your fancy, Misra and his team are on hand to create a customized cocktail tailored to your palate.
