Sky on 57 recently launched its extended alfresco area, the Outdoor Terrace, joining in the fun of light dining and after dark entertainment in Singapore.
The Outdoor Terrace will have an oyster bar featuring an impressive range of fresh oysters such as Brittany fin de Claire and Normandy Perle Blanche from France, which are specially hand-picked by Sky on 57’s celebrity chef Justin Quek.
Sky on 57 will also be hosting Singaporean DJ Seng Wei to man the music console so that punters can enjoy exhilarating yet low-key music with their drinks—sounds like the recipe to a great night out.
