You’ve probably already heard that the Velvet Underground is about to bid temporary goodbye to its well-loved club/lounge space due to some major renovation work. The last time someone claimed to be closing temporarily for an overhaul, the club ended up closing down —let’s hope Velvet won’t leave us forever.
Just to be on the safe side though, make sure you party for the last time (or not) at their Chequered Flag Sunday party on September 25.
