It would appear that for a while now, hotel bars have played second fiddle to other regular bars in Singapore. In this video, we dispel that belief with five fresh hotel bars that offer cool cocktail concoctions, German beer on tap and quality wine options.
We begin with Idlewild, located at InterContinental Singapore, which gets its name from the iconic JFK airport’s original moniker, before heading to Frieda for German cuisine and their own draft lager. Madame Fan Bar is next, offering some of the best craft cocktails in town. We then stop by Intermezzo for an interlude, where cocktails harking back to the Orchard Road of old await. We then cap our night off at Winestone, a place known for—you gussed it—the wine.
