With the re-opening of The Club Hotel on Ann Siang Hill in a couple of months, we’ve heard lots of whipers about the five F&B concepts setting up shop at the beautiful heritage building. Here’s a sneak peek.
Whiskey lovers need not worry as underground whiskey bar B28 will still be occupying the basement of the hotel stocked with hard-to-find bottles and a band playing jazzy tunes. However, there are four new restaurants and bars at the 20-suite hotel.
This includes a second story courtyard bar The Champagne Yard and Peruvian rooftop bar and restaurant Tiger’s Milk, by an acclaimed Peruvian chef, which will feature ceviche and Asian touches to traditional Peruvian cuisine. The Disgruntled Chef is also opening a second outlet at the hotel to serve more modern European plates. While we don’t know much about the last outlet, Mr & Mrs Maxwell’s, we’re sure it’ll still be an interesting place to hit up when it finally opens.
