Belgian beer bar and bistro Brussel Sprouts is set to open a new outlet at Playground@BigSplash. Slated to open in December, those living in the East Coast no longer need to travel all the way to the Robertson Quay venue to savor its now famous Belgian mussels and beer. “We only decided to open in the East Coast because we felt that the distance between the two outlets is far enough to justify the decision,” says Brussel Sprouts’ Edina Hong.
Brussel Sprouts East Coast will be located at Blk. F Playground @ Big Splash, 902 East Coast Parkway from December.
