Casual bistro and bakery W39 is now open serving European mains and breads on Jalan Mas Puteh, near Clementi Stadium.
The restaurant’s founders are sisters Jasmine Lu and Jamie Lu, who trained at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy. On the menu are simple hearty dishes like braised pork cheek gruyere panini ($13), sake mussels and fries ($20) as well as a wagyu beef burger ($20).
There are also breakfast offerings (available Sat-Sun 9am-3pm) like eggs benedict ($9) and pancakes with butter, preserves and maple syrup ($9.50).
