Beloved homegrown patisserie Wunderfolks has always taken pride in their handmade, oh-so-delectable signature tarts. Clearly, their renowned bear mascot isn’t the only sweet treat available at the store, and fans now have another reason to rejoice: they’ve opened a new outlet, conveniently in the heart of our city!
Established in 2020, the patisserie started out as a home-based business before opening its first brick-and-mortar store along Joo Chiat Road. Today, its second brand new shopfront at Wisma Atria offers fervent fans a more convenient collection point for online pre-orders as well as walk-in orders.
The menu at Wunderfolks features an assortment of quality tarts bound to satiate any sweet tooth out there. Each buttery shortcrust pastry is handmade from scratch to perfection, and every tart is freshly assembled before delivery.
Their tarts come in two sizes, 8cm and 20cm. Perfect for a group of 6 to 8 persons, the larger tarts are available only in the patisserie’s three best-selling flavours – Fruitilicious Mixed Fruit, Lemony Meringue, and Valrhona Dark Chocolate.
Along with the opening of the spanking new outlet, new kids on the block include Wunderfolks’ Mango Passionfruit and returning favourites, Coffee Hazelnut and Matcha Adzuki.
If you can’t bring yourself to choose just one flavour, fret not! You may opt for their popular Duo Flavour Whole Tart, or the 6 Tart Box. Packaged in a fit-for-the-gram gift box, the 6 Tart Box comes with six mini tarts of your choice.
As recommended by the patisserie, a total of 9 different flavours are available for pre-order, islandwide delivery, and pick-up from both outlets at Wisma Atria and Joo Chiat Road.
