Middle Eastern restaurant Levant has just launched at Greenwood Avenue offering Arabic, Lebanese, and Persian food.
The restaurant founders are Suresh Menon—who has 25 years of restaurant experience—and Hany Moustafa (formerly of the Hatam Group of Restaurants in Dubai). The interior seats 56 and there’s a 16-seat alfresco area.
The name of the restauarant is French for “the geogrpahical region bound by the Mediterranean Sea” and the diverse menu includes classics like hummus ($10), grilled lamb kebabs ($29), chicken briyani ($28, good for two) and saffron ice-cream ($6.50).
