Set up by chef Gabriel Frantini—who has 40 years of international cooking experience—Italian establishment Fratini (10 Greenwood Ave., 6468-2868) launched on October 1.
The restaurant offers eight course lunch ($40), and twelve course dinner ($70) set menus, including a ever changing selection of dishes. Items might include squid with chickpeas, salmon carpaccio, baked fish, tiramisu and poached pear.
At the back of the space, there’s also a cellar room, where guests can host private parties of up to 12 people.
