Taiwanese bubble tea brand Milksha to open two outlets in Singapore

Following its first descent into Singapore as a pop-up stall at the Shilin Night Festival Singapore 2019 earlier this year, Milksha will soon be making its official debut in Singapore. Come late June, the well-loved Taiwanese bubble tea brand will find a spot in Suntec City Mall, and subsequently another, in the soon-to-be completed Funan on June 28.

Known as Milkshop in its home country and Milksha globally, the brand has a current total of 230 outlets in Taiwan, 20 in China and two in Hong Kong. Its immediate plan to open two outlets locally will allow Singaporeans to make a prompt visit to one or the other for a taste of the fresh, milky beverages.

Apart from its promise to use natural fresh milk instead of creamer in its drinks, the bubble tea giant is also known for their golden, honey pearls, which are air-flown to Singapore to ensure the best taste and texture; so you know you’ll be receiving the authentic Taiwanese bubble tea experience, and not poorly replicated drinks.

You might remember that the pop-up at Singapore’s Shilin Night Festival only saw a small variety of drinks, which also ran short. But rest assured, their store outlets here will include four substantial series of drinks. Look out for the Fresh Milk Series, Fresh Milk Tea Latte Series, Premium Tea Series and Special Concoctions.

As for Milksha’s signatures, try the Azuki Matcha Milk that’s defined by its sweet and earthy flavour, thanks to the combination of fresh milk and Izumo Tousuien Matcha. A bed of red bean paste lies at the bottom of the cup, for a dessert-like finish. Meanwhile, chocolate lovers will enjoy the Valrhona 100% Cocoa Milk that features premium Valrhona cocoa from France, for a rich, silky texture with every sip.

More details about Milksha and their official opening dates will be released here.
