The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore will host the ninth biannual SuperBrunch buffet on March 17.
This edition of the event will feature mini plates by the hotel’s new executive chef Massimo Pasquarelli including fish croquette with daikon cream and guinea fowl with porcini sauce, plus à la minute stations (with foie gras, organic eggs and pasta), unlimited Champagne (Moët and Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé 2002 and Grand Vintage 2004) and live entertainment.
