Dig into trendy eats and more as Zouk’s Capital lounge becomes a dining pop-up

Singapore’s pioneer clubbing institution Zouk is no stranger to the local F&B scene. And now, as their nightlife labels remain closed, they’re dipping their toes further into the waters with its latest dining pop-up at Capital lounge.

Not letting the barren space lay waste, see the chic cocktail lounge that once housed hundreds of yuppies transform into what will be now known as the Capital Kitchen. Showcasing a slew of trendy bites, desserts and popular mains from Zouk’s food franchises, expect to savour dishes from RedTail Bar such as the Signature Battered Fish & Chips, Signature Royal Broth Congee and even Australian Ribeye Strips. And don’t forget to order up some Ebi Chili Flatbread, Mala Chicken Skin, Chicken Wings and Truffle Fries for all to share.

While you revel in the luxurious locale, also sip on bottled cocktails which are part of Zouk’s e-commerce product launch and even feel free to request delivery on any of Five Guys’ massive burgers for dine-in. As for dessert, get excited to indulge in the immensely popular Basque Burnt Cheesecake thanks to a collaboration with beloved home bakery Paparch that rose to popularity during the circuit breaker period.
