FIN Seafood Cafe

This is a really small place tucked away inconspicuously at a corner of the massive Marina Square shopping center. With limited booth seats and a few tables, FIN was a little too cramped. The food was disappointing. The seafood chowder had a sourish aftertaste, and we left it alone after two spoonfuls. The Tasmanian oysters were fresh and sweet, but a bit small. The cod and chips was also a let down—the batter was crispy enough and the French fries were good, but the cod was tasteless and dry. The chocolate truffle cake that we closed our meal with was a passable dessert, but nothing to crow about. But for prices as low as those here, it would be unrealistic to expect too much although we really didn’t have a good time here.
