Ginza Anzu Singapore

A famous authentic tonkatsu restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, Anzu makes its first foray to Southeast Asia with their outlet at Wisma Atria’s Japan Food Town. Anzu prides itself for using fresh Kyushu produce and, for their signature light and crispy breaded pork cutlet, high quality oil at temperatures of 180-200°C. The stylish wooden interior of the 36-seater mimics that of the Ginza outlet and to make sure local diners get as authentic an experience as they would in Japan, premium and delicate Imari porcelain ware from Arita is used to serve the dishes.
