Step into the 120-seater restaurant known for its quality and reasonably-priced fare, and your eyes immediately focus on the long display counter to the left, covered with ice and the freshest catch of the day. The restaurant is also a fish wholesaler, procuring its fish, shellfish and other seafood from fishing ports throughout Japan. Ginza Kuroson also carries Kuroge Wagyu beef, unique “moshio” or seaweed salt, organically grown rice from Nagano prefecture, and special miso from Yamauchi.
