A warm and inviting establishment helmed by chef-owner Adrian Ling specializing in French and Italian cuisine, with an international twist. Black leather booth seats contrast nicely with ivory chairs and a large feature wall (covered with words like bottarga and vanilla), keeping the vibe classy yet not at all stuffy. Must-tries include the signature uni taglioni in a rich crustacean cream sauce and pan-seared foie gras with a ginger-macadamia nut crust. Service too is exceptional; a very good place indeed, this.
Have you tried the uni tagliolini at Pamplemousse Bistro and Bar? It’s one of I-S Magazine’s 50 things to eat in Singapore before you die (2011).
