This 30-seater headed by chef Matthew Mok puts out seasonal degustation menus featuring modern European flavors with an Asian influence. There are five-course ($75), seven-course ($99) and nine-course ($128) meals featuring dishes like lamb rack with "risotto" of sweet potato, ocean prawn with nyonya assam and Belgian dark chocolate fondant.
